Class Timetable

Due to the latest Lockdown we are running all our classes & Bounce Back Bootcamps on Zoom.  We have a jam packed timetable with over 25 classes per week.  Everything from Legs, Bums & Tums to Gentle Fit. Please see our Facebook page for the latest timetable. Class links will be posted on our members only Facebook & WhatsApp groups. Non-members are welcome at our classes, please contact us to try out a free Zoom class.
