We offer a number of different classes. Some are run by Studio Viva staff (our Viva Classes), and some by external fitness experts. Please refer to the current timetable for up-to-date class information and prices. Please note: classes are subject to change and courses may not run if minimum numbers are not met. Viva Cardio Blast – This is an aerobic style class providing you with an all over body toning and fat blasting workout.
Viva Bums Legs & Tums – This class focuses on these specific body areas, targeting them with the use of resistance bands, free weights and kettlebells. It is suitable for intermediate level of fitness.
Viva Legs Bums & Core Restore– This class focuses on the bum, legs and tums areas, but is suitable for a beginners’ level of fitness.
Viva Fitball – Our Fitball class focuses on exercises performed on and using the swiss ball. It is suitable for the over 50s and is a gentle pace class but experience on the ball is essential.
Viva Multifit – This HIIT style circuits class combines cardio and resistance training to give a total body workout. This class can be adapted for all fitness levels.
Viva Vibe – This is a members only class that combines a one minute workout on the machine followed by one minute of dance moves. This class is suitable for members of all abilities.
Viva Teens – Our teens fitness class is for girls from age 12 and mixes lots of different styles, including circuit, aerobic and HIIT training and including elements of dance and lots of FUN.
BodySculpt with Chrissy – BodySculpt is a course of classes run by external fitness instructor Chrissy Arcieri. This class focusses on the use of the barbell and abs exercises. It is suitable for an intermediate level of fitness.
Tai Chi – Shibashi – Easy 18 Tai Chi class is designed for the over 50s and is best described as moving meditation. It will help to improve balance and flexibility and is suitable for all abilities. This class is run in association with Age Cymru by external instructor Beti Evans.
Pilates with Fran – This Pilates course has a special focus on heathy bones and is suitable for beginners and the over 50s. It is taken by external Pilates expert Fran Healer.
